Manipulating (rotating) picture planes (surfaces) in order to identify:
True size, true shape, true length, true angle, intersection points, distances, and true length lines.
TRUE LENGTH LINES
If a line is parallel to a fold line in 1 view, it is true length in the next view.
POINT VIEW
You must 1st find a true length line.
Create a fold line perpendicular to the true length line.
PO- Point
TRUE SIZE SURFACE
You must 1st find true length of line 1.
Create a fold line perpindicular to the true length line to get the edge view of the surface.
Create a fold line parallel to the edge view.
ADDALINE
Allows you to skip a step.
